While driving home from picking up pizza, there it was a little orange cat with big yellow eyes in the middle of the street, looking up at us. by the time my mother slammed the breaks, it was too late, i heard a loud thud,and a big bump. i was horrified almost in tears, my mother shocked, stared at me sad eyed. after my siblings said "what was that mommy?" she said, "umm it was only a ball kids." i knew it wasnt a ball. i feel terrible right now and i think i will never live this down.
